Content Writer - newsletters (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the St. Louis area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 739 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
