Content Writer - newsletters (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
