Cedar Bright Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Seattle, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
