Ironwood Thistle Insurance Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
