Content Writer - newsletters (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight West Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Salt Lake City presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
