Content Writer - newsletters (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
