Content Writer - newsletters (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
