Content Writer - newsletters (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Clear Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
