Bluepeak Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Richmond with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
