Content Writer - newsletters (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Loom Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Richmond area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school calendars. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
