Summit Glen Transit Planning is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
