Content Writer - newsletters (Reno, NV)

Cedar Clear Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Reno. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
