Ironwood Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
