Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Bright Yarrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Louisville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
