Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ivory Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We invest in training. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
