Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Dallas focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 558 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
