Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Rook Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 210 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
