Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Westbrook Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Miami design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
