Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Ironwood Quill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Providence focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
