Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Summit Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Portland, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
