Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Stonegate Clear Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Rochester, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
