Bluepeak Loom Insurance Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
