Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Cedar Union Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer programmes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
