Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Fernwood Rowan Arts Center is an arts centre in Baltimore with a full calendar of events, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer programmes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge.
