Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Bridge Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
