Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Stonegate Fern Telecom provides broadband and phone service around San Antonio, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 212 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
