Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Houston region, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
