Silverline River Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Louisville. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 386 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
