Amberfield Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Philadelphia serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
