Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
