Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Reno focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
