Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Bright Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 277 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
