Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
