Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Bluepeak River Press is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
