Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Rook Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
