Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Silverline Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
