Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Raleigh working with agencies and riders, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
