Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Northwind Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Atlanta with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
