Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Harborlight Maple Water Authority is a public water utility serving the St. Louis area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 449 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about capital projects. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
