Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Clearpath West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
