Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Northwind Forge Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Savannah. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
