Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Lumen Glen Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Madison serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
