Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quarry Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
