Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Westbrook Sparrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Louisville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
