Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Greenridge Kestrel Community Partners is a nonprofit in Milwaukee supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
