Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Silverline Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
