Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We invest in training. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
