Greenridge Quill Telecom provides broadband and phone service around El Paso. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
