We are growing our team at Rivermark Quill Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
