Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Greenridge Fox Learning Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
